Evidence is checked before answering; if it is insufficient, the assistant says it cannot confirm instead of guessing.

Also: office web pages, the file libraries of 17 units (forms, regulations, minutes — names and download links), and announcement attachments (text extracted from PDFs and documents, plus image OCR) sync daily; the current President, Vice Presidents, and first-level heads are checked daily against their official profile pages.
法規彙整表多數單位只列出部分法規；詢問報名期限、承辦窗口等時效性資訊時，仍請以該處室官網公告為準。 The regulation catalog lists only part of each unit's regulations. For deadlines or contact details, please still refer to each office's official announcements.
系統採「先檢索、再生成」（RAG）的作法：先透過 MCP 與知識庫找出最相關的官方資料，再交由 AI 整理成通順回答。The system uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): it first finds the most relevant official material through MCP and the knowledge base, then has AI compose a readable answer.

透過 MCP 查公告、官網內容頁、附件、法規、常見問答與現任主管資料；問人名時也查各系所師資與行政人員頁面；處室內查不到時補查全校資料，並以語意＋關鍵字搜尋補充。Query announcements, web pages, attachments, regulations, FAQs, and current officials via MCP; questions about people also check faculty and staff pages; if the office has too little evidence, search all units, supplemented by semantic + keyword search.
語言模型讀取文件全文（單份過長才挑選相關段落），整理成通順回答。The language model reads each document in full (only very long ones are trimmed to relevant passages) and composes a clear answer.
確認答案的人物、職務、時間與數字都有原文支持，證據不足或衝突時說明無法確認；回傳答案並附官方連結與原文片段。Check that names, titles, dates, and numbers are supported by the sources; if evidence is weak or conflicting, say so. Return the answer with official links and supporting passages.
